Cartwheels, Somersaults & Backflips
This workshop is aimed at advanced acrobats who want to refine their tumbling technique and discover new tricks as well as unusual transitions. Building on the fundamentals of floor acrobatics, the workshop explores connections with other disciplines such as dance, martial arts and breakdancing. The focus is on dynamics, precision, rhythm and creativity – inspired by the distinctive movement language of Gravity & Other Myths.
Price: 90,- EURO
The price includes a ticket to the performance of Canon on 20 December at 7:00 pm.

About your participation
The workshop is designed for acrobats and dancers with an intermediate to advanced level.
Participation requirements:
- Physical fitness and curiosity to explore new approaches to your acrobatic practice
- Confidence with basic acrobatic techniques and a broad repertoire of solid movement sequences
- No age limit – what matters is meeting the physical and technical requirements
What to bring to the workshop?
- Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely
- A water bottle
